Distribution of food, detergent and hygiene products (FMCG)
- Support the Karamad System accounting software: coordinate version updates with the vendor, and file and follow up support tickets until issues are fixed over remote server sessions
- Diagnosed and fixed the GIS tracking system for delivery vehicles and field sales reps
- Submit sales invoices to Iran’s national e-invoicing (Moadian) system, the Comprehensive Trade System and the Comprehensive Warehouse System; verify suppliers’ purchase invoices and approve them on the same platforms
- Redesigned the sales invoice print layout to make invoices clearer and easier to use
- Designed and built a web-based inventory control tool that reconciles stock across the Comprehensive Trade System, the Comprehensive Warehouse System and the company warehouse, and shows which invoices can be sent

Inventory & invoice control tool

Internal tool, Tamin Kala Bakhtar Co., 2026

A web tool that lines up Excel exports from the Comprehensive Trade System, the Comprehensive Warehouse System and the company’s own warehouse, and finds stock mismatches before invoices are submitted, turning manual cross-checking of several spreadsheets into a single upload.

Six-part reconciliation report: stock differences between systems, items missing from one of them, items without a trade ID, one ID shared by several products, and stock declarations older than a week
Automatic unit conversion: pack sizes are read from product names (grams, kilograms, litres, cartons) so company stock can be compared in trade-system units
Invoice check: an invoice rejected with “insufficient stock” is compared line by line against stock to show exactly what is short
Unsent invoices: submits invoices in date order as a simulation, showing which can be sent and which items block the rest
No server, no install: detects each file type automatically, exports results to Excel and keeps an update history, all inside the browser

Four internal tools for Tamin Kala Bakhtar that automated repetitive, error-prone accounting and HR work across the Tabriz and Ardabil branches. Each was tested on real data from September 2026 against the officially filed outputs.

Social-security insurance lists

Insurance & voucher system, 2026

Builds the official DSKWOR00 file (a 29-column DBF in the legacy Iran System encoding) straight from the payroll and personnel spreadsheets, entirely in the browser, so staff data never leaves the computer.

Smart name matching: normalises Persian letter variants and suggests the closest name for typos, confirmed once
Same-month leavers: reported with zero days; export stays locked until each one is assigned to a list
Branches and lists: per-branch workshop codes, main and contract lists

Captcha recognition for cheque checks

Pichak: cheque status lookups at the Central Bank of Iran

The previous OCR got none of the real captchas right. The new engine separates the grey text from the coloured circles and matches each digit against templates built from real captchas.

Accuracy: from 0 to 13 of 15 in a leave-one-out test, with no wrong suggestion; it abstains whenever it is unsure
Lightweight: no Tesseract or heavy libraries, about 25 ms per captcha
Safe rollout: tests, backup, service restart and automatic rollback on failure

Salary vouchers for Karamad accounting

Bulk voucher import into the accounting software

Turns the monthly payroll into Karamad’s voucher-import file: pick the user, branch, bank and ledger level, and the Jalali posting date is converted to Gregorian.

Correct ledger codes: taken from Karamad’s own list by name matching; it caught mismatched personnel numbers that would have posted pay to someone else
Fast date entry: type the digits and the slashes appear by themselves
Totals check: voucher totals match net pay to the rial

Company website and one-command deploys

Infrastructure on the company server

The company website (light and dark, responsive) and the internal systems share one server, each on its own port behind Nginx with a branded 404 page.

Made for non-technical staff: install, update, status and rollback from a simple menu
No downtime: configuration is tested before it is applied and the previous one is restored on error
Private repository: read-only deploy key over port 443, plus an automated diagnostics tool
